I’m Leonie Bergami, and I’m here to fix what the fitness industry broke. My coaching is rooted in science, physiology, and lived experience. I help women reconnect with their energy, cycles, and real strength.

  • What I have learned with Leonie is pure gold. I didn’t necessarily feel the connection between my cycle and my training, but after learning from her, it’s impossible to ignore it. I now understand why one week it’s harder to lift the weight I was comfortable with the week before, or why my heart rate rises during runs even though I’m running slower than usual. The best thing I’ve learned, however, is that I don’t need to stop, but rather be more compassionate and use my cycle in my favor. As she says: “work with it, not against it”.   • I wanted to thank you for making me more aware of my cycle. I've always had a rough idea of what each phase is, but I never actively listened to myself and my body. Emotional outbursts would always come suddenly, and it would take me a few days to understand why. Since you motivated me to listen more closely and track my cycle, so much has changed.
